Tompkins Eco Village is a planned development in San Diego, CA.  MUSSON Factory is a founding member of C4GS.

The C4GS-ZEDlife Zero Energy Live/Learn Residential Ecovillage (aka Thomkins Eco Village) is an integrated project delivery system focused on leveraging visionary green building with emerging solar, electric and data collecting technologies in its design-build model to minimize bills for residents, generate and store clean energy, and truly empower communities.

All stages of development will involve knowledge transfer and education tools to enliven an interactive community teaching process. The cost and CO2 footprint of all components will be measured and all their performance attributes tested to optimize re-use and maximize energy efficiency.
